Call Waiting

TezGSM subscribers have the opportunity to connect the second line for incoming calls. By activating this service, the subscriber can see incoming calls even in during an active connection to the other party. The caller will be notified that he is on the second line in the process of waiting by message «Waiting». The subscriber, receiving a call, can switch to the second line and back without dropping the current connection.

Service Activation

The Call-Waiting service is activated by a written request of the subscriber, sent to TezGSM support service. This can be done through a form in a personal account.
