How to activate?
To activate the starting balance on your SIM-card you should:
• Dial on the telephone keypad *146*987#
• Press the "Call"
Within a few seconds you will receive an SMS message with the notice of replenishment of your balance.

To make calls from TezGSM numbers you should:
• Dial the symbol «+» or «00» (international format)
• Enter the country code, code of the area/operator and the telephone number (example: +7495ХХХХХХХ or 007495ХХХХХХХ)
• Press the "Call"
• On the display there will appear message: «wait for call»
Within a few seconds you will receive an incoming call to your phone. Press the «Answer» and wait for the connection.

In some countries, such as Saudi Arabia and UAE outgoing calls are available only through a special SMS: send a short message with the number you want to dial in international format to a short number 9146. As a response you will get an incoming call and the connection will begin. The SMS is free of charge.

Within a few seconds on the mobile phone screen a message with information on the current balance of your SIM-card will appear.

To make calls to TezGSM from other operators’ numbers you should:
• Dial the symbol «+» or «00» (international format)
• Enter the prefix 372 and the phone number and press "Call"
(example: +3725ХХХХХХХ or 003725ХХХХХХХ)
IMPORTANT! Calls to the TezGSM numbers are charged as an outgoing call to Estonia (prefix 372).
Actual rates for outgoing calls to TezGSM numbers – check with your national mobile operator.

If you are using TezGSM GPRS through a PC and an USB modem in order to surf the internet, you should write down the dialing number. The number is *99***1#, where 1 is the order number of an APN of TezGSM.

If you want to divert the incoming calls to the TezGSM card, to any other number, then use call diversion service.
Call forwarding is free to the phone number of states, in which extra rates are not acting.
To enable forwarding, dial on TezGSM phone code *146*081*00# and press "Call"
To turn off call forwarding, dial on the TezGSM phone code *146*080# and press "Call" button.

You can retain your main Russian number when using TezGSM SIM-card.
All the calls, coming to your main number will be forwarded onto TezGSM at a special low rate of 0.15 Eur/min, which will be charged from TezGSM SIM-card balance.
In order to activate the service you should do the following:
• Dial *146*98333*7хххххххххх# (where 7хххххххххх is your Russian number without 8) from your TezGSM number
• Push the "Call" button
• On your Russian number, set call forwarding onto the number, received by SMS
The standard command for call divert is **21*+7800xxxxxxx# and push "Call"

You can forward calls from your main number to your TezGSM. This function can be set from the phone menu. The cost of the minute is charged as an international call to Estonia.

You can transfer money from your TezGSM SIM card to another TezGSM SIM card of your friend or relative.
• Dial *146*98*# and press "Call".
For example, you want to transfer 10 Euro to the number 37259123123, dial *146*9837259123123*10# and press "Call"
• In a few seconds you will receive an SMS with the report of money transfer.
Using a mobile phone, you can transfer only whole amount in Euro (no cents).
The service is absolutely free both for the sender and the recipient of money!

Credit card holders, as well as the customers of on-line payment systems can top-up the balance on the website with credit cards. For the cash balance can be topped-up in payment terminals with TezGSM logo or at authorized TezGSM dealers. List of dealers is available on the website.
Back to topCompatibility mode with iPhone and Samsung mobile phones
If you are using iPhone or Samsung or an other handset, and you cannot make outgoing calls, you should try to enable the compatibility mode:
• Enter the SIM-menu (by default called "TezGSM" or "SIM menu")
For Samsung: "Applications" or "Entertainment" - TezGSM or SIM-menu. For iPhone: Settings - Phone - SIM-menu.
• Choose the option "Settings"
• Push "OK"
• Dial "1101" and push "OK" (you should see the message "CC OptionX: ON" on the display)
• Turn the handset off and then on
The problem with outgoing calls should be solved.
In order to deactivate the compatibility mode:
• Enter the SIM-menu
• Choose the option "Settings"
• Dial the combination "1102" and push "OK" (you should see the message "CC OptionX: OFF" on the display)
• Turn the handset off and then on
Back to topValidity period of TezGSM cards
TezGSM does not expire, provided that the balance is topped-up once every 24 months.
SIM-card is void without the possibility to restore the number, if 24 months passed since the last call or replenishment.
Back to topRestore / replace a TezGSM card
Replacing a faulty TezGSM card is free of charge.
In the case of loss of TezGSM card it can be restored through any regional partner of TezGSM or application for restoration online. In the latter case, the new card will be delivered to you by courier or by mail.
IMPORTANT: This service is paid. On the cost, check with your regional partner or with the support service of TezGSM.
