Voice Mail
TezGSM subscriber has the opportunity to use the benefits of voice mail and answering device. If you for some reason have not answered the incoming call – the subscriber, which is calling you, can leave you a voice message, which you can listen to later at any time convenient for you.

IMPORTANT: Some phones require configuration to tone mode for the correct use of voice mail. See the detailed configuration of your phone to tone mode in the instruction manual of your mobile phone.
Activate the voice mail
To activate the voice mail, take the following steps:
- Dial 091 on your phone (for old models *146*091#)
- Press the «Call» button
- Message «Answering device is activated» should appear on the screen
Deactivate the voice mail
To deactivate the voice mail, you should:
- Dial 090 on your phone (for old models *146*090#)
- Press the «Call» button
- Message «Auto answer is deactivated» should appear on the screen
Checking the number of voice messages
To check the number of received voice messages you should:
- Dial 094 on the phone (for old models *146*094#)
- Press the «Call» button
- Message «You have received Х new messages», where Х – number of new messages, must appear on the screen
Listening to voice messages
To switch to voice mail mode, you must:
- Dial 095 on the phone (for old models *146*095#)
- Press the «Call» button
- The message «Wait for an answer» must appear on the screen
- After a few seconds you will receive an incoming call, which you should just answer.
The voice of operator will inform you on the number of available voice messages.
From this moment you are in the voice mail menu.
To listen to voice messages press button «1».

Options of listening to voice mail
By pressing «1» in the main voice mail menu, you start to listen to available voice messages. During this time the following additional functions are available:
- Button «*» - Help
- Button «0» - Listen to the message
- Button «1» - Go to a different folder
- Button «2» - Go to a different folder of voice messages
- Button «3» - Enter the submenu of additional options
- Button «5» - Listen to the current voice message once more
- Button «6» - Listen to the next voice message
- Button «7» - Delete/restore a voice message
- Button «8» - Send a voice message
- Button «9» - Save the voice message
- Button «0» - Return to the voice mail options
- Button «#» - Exit
IMPORTANT: To avoid memory overflow of the voice mail box, as well as to facilitate the search, TezGSM recommends delete old messages regularly.
Change the voice mail folder
Preserving a voice message, you can choose a folder in which you want to place this message. Later you can get access to the voice messages stored in any folder.
Options available when selecting the folder:
- Button «*» - Help
- Button«0» - Listen to message
- Button «1» - Old message
- Button «2» - Written message
- Button «3» - Family message
- Button «4» - Friend message
- Button «#» - Exit
Setting up answering device
In the main voice mail menu you should press «0» button, which will redirect you to the answer device menu. In this menu the following functions available:
- Button «*» - Help
- Button «1» - Record voice message «Not available»
- Button «2» - Record voice message «Busy»
- Button «3» - Record your name
- Button «4» - Record voice temporary greeting, which will replace the unavailable and busy voice messages
- Button «5» - Change the password
- Button «#» - Exit
Record the messages «Not available» and «Busy»
When recording messages «Not available» and «Busy», temporary greetings or the name the following options are available:
- Button «1» - Confirm record
- Button «2» - Listen to message
- Button «3» - Record again
IMPORTANT: The password on voice mail, set by the subscriber, will limit the access to mail from external numbers. Try to come up with such password, that it is easy for you to remember, but for the others it is difficult to find it.
More options
Submenu of additional options is available to the subscriber from the main menu by pressing «3». In this submenu the following options are available:
- Button «5» - Send a voice message to another subscriber
- Button «*» - Return to main menu
