Closed User Group
TezGSM customers have the opportunity to create a closed user group, in which the subscribers can make calls only one to another. This service allows owners of multiple cards to combine them into a group to limit the use of services TezGSM only within this group. This means that TezGSM SIM-card owners will be able to call and send short messages only to other subscribers within this group.
This service can be of interest for companies with a large number of employees, which must be constantly in touch: trading, security, transport companies, firms with a large number of agents, service employees etc. Merging the SIM-cards into a group, you will prevent the subscribers from using the SIM-cards for personal use. As an additional option, TezGSM offers to add several numbers of other operators to the allowed destination list, which contains numbers outside the group, which available for outgoing calls.
Closed User Group Service Activation
This service is activated at a written request to the TezGSM support service (support@tezgsm.com). We will check the the ownership of all numbers before fulfilling the request. After the request is processed you will be informed by mail.
